In order to deal with stress and overwhelming feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, the ancient wisdom is the most relevant right now to help us move through this challenging period of our lives.

In our sessions we will work together to create a simple sustainable plan that you can immediately implement in your lifestyle. Through mediation and positive mindset shifts and consistent self care practices, we will also go over any self-limiting habits and thought patterns you might need to release. You will learn how to take charge of your own wellbeing, strengthen your intuition by re-connecting back to your true essence by following principles of Ayurveda.

  • Daily rituals to assist you to bring your Mind and Body into balance.
  • How to eat as per Ayurveda and seasonally which is more sustainable
  • Understanding the Yogic philosophies work and how can you heal yourself within by releasing emotions.
  • Meditation and Yoga tips to connect within yourself to remain calm and stress free
